The screw stack dewatering machine has the functions of sludge thickening, dehydration and self-cleaning. When working, the spiral driving shaft rotates to make the multiple fixed and movable stacks on the periphery move relatively. Under the action of gravity, the sludge water is filtered out from the gaps between the stacks to achieve rapid thickening, reduce the sludge volume and improve the processing efficiency.
The concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft, and due to the reduction of the pitch and the gap between the rings and the action of the back pressure plate, the water is squeezed out, increasing the solid content of the filter cake.
